The Dance Together Festival offers free open-air dance workshops and events that celebrate positive and accessible dance experiences. The festival is co-produced by a creative team of local dance and visual artists and is part of Toronto’s Arts in the Parks programming.The festival transforms Mimico Square in Amos Waites Park into an open- air dance space with free workshops on a vibrant dance floor mural co-designed by the Mimico community!

The giant Brazilian Sergio Mendes live concert 26 jul. 2015 at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto. The chosen repertoire included hits from Brazil 66' from their original versions bossa nova / light jazz to fusion with hip hop / rap included in its most recent record productions. Sergio Mendes has been characterized by having top musicians and performers bring together multiple nationalities. This time he shared the stage with rapper Harris Harrel (H2O) who gave the touch rap / hip hop to the party with his group of vocalists led by his wife Gracinha Leporace.
